The Fit4Life Challenge is a 12 / 8 or 6 week programme designed to improve one’s health, overall fitness levels and physique. It is centred around a total “physique and lifestyle” transformation. The Fit4Life Challenge is open to all levels of fitness from beginner to advanced.
During the 12 week period, participants will attend one hour group training sessions two, three or four times a week. The training sessions are a combination of cardio and weight training exercises aimed at increasing fitness levels and improving muscle strength and tone.
The sessions are run by a personal trainer who monitors correct form and encourages participants to ensure that the optimum results are achieved. It really is a fun, exciting and effective way to get into the BEST shape of your life.
