Fit4Life Body Transformation Challenge

I am sure you are asking – "What is the Fit4Life Challenge?"

It is a 12 week programme designed to improve not only one's health but one's overall fitness levels and physique. It is centred around a total "physique and lifestyle" transformation. During the 12 week period, participants will attend 1 hour group training sessions two, three or four times a week. The training sessions are a combination of cardio and weight training exercises aimed at increasing fitness levels and improving muscle strength and tone. The sessions are run by a qualified personal trainer who monitors correct form and encourages participants to ensure that the optimum results are achieved. It really is a fun, exciting and effective way to get into the BEST shape of your life.

Participant's goals may be to get Fit4Life; lose weight, stay in shape, improve their lifestyle, become more active etc. The benefits of the challenge to the participant are numerous (just to mention a few):

~ Improved health (improves cholesterol levels, lowers high blood pressure, lowers risk of diabetes)
~ Improved fitness (keeps your body fit and able)

The Fit4Life Chalenge is a 12 week program designed and centred on a total lifestyle transformation, giving you the tools, the training and support you need to achieve your goals!

Fit4Life Challenge10 starts on the 24th of January 2015

Prices are as follows:

R2600 - 2 group training sessions per week (24 sessions)

R3200 - 3 group training sessions per week (36 sessions)

R3500 - 4 group training sessions per week (48 sessions)

24 January 2015 - Orientation / Weigh in/ Before photos at our Durban North Venue

8am to 9am - Orientation

9am to 10:30am - Weigh in and before photos

31 January 2015 - Orientation/ Weigh in / Before photos at our Bluff Venue

8am to 9am - Orientation

9am to 11am - Weigh in and before photos

If you have never done a Fit4Life Challenge before, we strongly recommend that you attend one of our Orientation sessions. You can go to either venue regardless of where you will be training to have you assessments done.
