The Fit4Life 8 Week Body Transformation Challenge

I am sure you are asking – "What is the Fit4Life Challenge?"

It is an 8 week programme designed to improve not only one's health but one's overall fitness levels and physique. It is centred around a total "physique and lifestyle" transformation. During the 8 week period, participants will attend 1 hour group training sessions two, three or four times a week. The training sessions are a combination of cardio and weight training exercises aimed at increasing fitness levels and improving muscle strength and tone. The sessions are run by a personal trainer who monitors correct form and encourages participants to ensure that the optimum results are achieved. It really is a fun, exciting and effective way to get into the BEST shape of your life.

Participant's goals may be to get Fit4Life; lose weight, stay in shape, improve their lifestyle, become more active etc.

The benefits of the challenge to the participant are numerous (just to mention a few):

~ Improved health (improves cholesterol levels, lowers high blood pressure, lowers risk of diabetes)
~ Improved fitness (keeps your body fit and able)
~ Increased self confidence and makes you feel happier
