Fit4Life Body Transformation Challenge
It is a 12 week programme designed to improve not only one's health but one's overall fitness levels and physique. It is centred around a total "physique and lifestyle" transformation. During the 12 week period, participants will attend 1 hour group training sessions two, three or four times a week. The training sessions are a combination of cardio and weight training exercises aimed at increasing fitness levels and improving muscle strength and tone. The sessions are run by a qualified personal trainer who monitors correct form and encourages participants to ensure that the optimum results are achieved. It really is a fun, exciting and effective way to get into the BEST shape of your life.
Participant's goals may be to get Fit4Life; lose weight, stay in shape, improve their lifestyle, become more active etc. The benefits of the challenge to the participant are numerous (just to mention a few):

~ Improved fitness (keeps your body fit and able)

Orientation: 8am to 9am Orientation
Weigh in and before photos: 9am to 10:30am
Regardless of where you train, you can register and weigh in at either venue!!
07 September 2015 (Monday) Group training commences at all venues
28 November 2015: Final weigh in and after photos at both venues
